- Bryan Station almost pulls off the upset of the season as Jose Marin’s 22-yard field goal gives the Defenders a 22-21 lead over #3 ranked Highlands with 3:23 left in the 4th Quarter of their 5A State Playoff game. But, Bluebirds’ quarterback Tony Guidugli caps a 74-yard late scoring drive with a 22-yard touchdown pass to Austin Collinsworth with 18 seconds left on the clock to give Highlands the 28-22 come-from-behind playoff win.
