The mission of The Sports History Foundation is to research, preserve, and share the extraordinary legacy of high school sports—from legendary athletes and unforgettable teams to the most celebrated state champions. Through personal interviews, original game footage, and historical media, TSHF captures the emotional highs and lows of these defining moments and makes them accessible to the public in digital form. Our goal is to educate future generations on the vital role high school sports have played in shaping the identity of communities across America. In pursuit of this mission, TSHF partners with other nonprofit, historical, and educational institutions to exchange resources, materials, and research that further preserve this rich heritage.

The Sports History Foundation is a nonprofit organization designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(C)3 by the Internal Revenue Service. All Donations are tax-deductible.
