Lafayette Generals pitching ace Chaz Roe has been named Kentucky’s 2005 Mr. Baseball by the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association. The 6-foot-6 right-hander compiled a 14-3 record over the past two seasons, striking out 177 batters in 117 innings. Keith Galloway, who guided Lexington Christian Academy to the state championship, was honored as the 2005 Coach of the Year.
